What are your office hours?
Quality Home Medical's office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through
Friday. We have a person on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
How do I replace my empty oxygen tanks?
Quality Home Medical delivers tanks from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
We also ask that you give 24hr advanced noticed when you place your tank order.
If there is an emergency after those hours call 864-599-9945 or 1-800-563-2565
and the on call staff will be happy to assist your needs.
Do I need an appointment to get CPAP Supplies?
Scheduling an appointment for CPAP Supplies is a good way to save you time.
Although an appointment is not necessary for supply items you may have to wait
while our therapists assist patients with an appointment. Please understand that
walk-in patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis.
How much will Medicare pay?
Medicare pays 80% of the Medicare allowable. The patient is responsible for the
20% difference unless you have a supplement policy. Most supplemental policies
will then cover the 20%. It is also important to understand that not all policies
cover the full 20% so it is important that you understand your plans reimbursement
criteria.
